Galina Prodelaylo

Ms. Prodelaylo has over 20 years of experience in valuation, business strategy, financial advisory and analysis, as well as financial reporting fields. Engagements have been performed for numerous consulting assignments for commercial lending, mergers and acquisitions, purchase price allocations and goodwill impairment purposes. In addition, Ms. Prodelaylo worked on a variety of projects in the fields of operational strategy development and business plan writing, financial planning/forecasting/analysis, pricing and marketing strategy development, as well as online education development (over 30 courses developed). These assignments covered a wide range of industries including: aerospace/defense, pharmaceutics, technology, telecommunications, energy, deathcare, oil, hospitality, commercial appliance repair, home construction and food service.

Prior to founding Management Strategies Consulting, Ms. Prodelaylo held a Senior Director of Pricing Strategy position at UnitedHealth Group (NYSE:UNH), a Director of Finance position at Collectors Universe (NASDAQ: CLCT) and a Manager of Finance position at Prescription Solutions (a subsidiary of United Healthcare), where she led the Financial Reporting and Analysis functions. Ms. Prodelaylo was also a Senior Consultant in the Deloitte, LLP Financial Advisory Services Practice. Ms. Prodelaylo is also a distinguished speaker and trainer. She taught pricing strategy at UnitedHealth Group’s Pricing University, spoke about business valuations to multiple industry groups while at Deloitte and was recently a special guest on the Grow and Grow Rich entrepreneur seminars.

Ms. Prodelaylo holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Mathematics, from the University of California Los Angeles and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the UCLA Anderson School of Management, and has completed executive development training at the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.


Dina Kleiman

Ms. Kleiman has over 21 years of experience in the fields of Database and System Administration, Data Warehousing, Data Mining, OLAP, OLTP, Operations, Technical Support, Programming, Technical Writing, Quality Assurance and Technical Training (online and in-person curriculum development).  Ms. Kleiman provided consulting services to a number of industries including: medical, semi-conductors, telecommunications, banking and information technologies. She has traveled through the US and internationally to Asia, Australia and Latin America to create IT solutions and to train clients on product functionality, assessment, support and operation. She has also worked in Public Relations and conducted marketing and sales training in a variety of industries.

Prior to founding Management Strategies Consulting, Ms. Kleiman has worked for Fortune 50 companies  McKesson Corporation, JP Morgan Chase and Dell, as well as Cerner Corporation (leading provider of healthcare IT Solutions),  Lightbridge Telecommunications (a global telecommunications company) and Quest Software (top US IT Solutions Provider).

Ms. Kleiman holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management with Concentration in Information Systems from Boston University School of Management.


Sarah Craig

Ms. Craig has extensive experience in the fields of Business Operations, Business Process Management, Policy Creation and Management, Program and Project Management, Change Management, and Space Management. Her skillset includes in-depth experience working at at Harvard University, where she held positions in the departments of Human Resources, Program and Planning Management, and Information Technology.

Ms. Craig held the title of Assistant Director of Business Operations for Harvard University’s department of Information Technology. Prior to her work in higher education, Ms. Craig held a management position at DePuy Synthes, a Johnson & Johnson orthopedic company.

Ms. Craig holds Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Clark University and a Master’s degree in Business Management (MBA) from Harvard University.


Ruth Craig

Ms. Craig specializes in Software Development, Quality Assurance, IT Hardware and Systems, Disaster Recovery and High Availability, IT Project Management, Systems Analysis, Data Warehousing, and Data Analytics. She is a leader in enterprise initiatives focused on quality, security, risk mitigation, intelligent cloud operations, and growth/expansion.  As a technology innovator, she has worked with technology partners such as Microsoft, GE Healthcare, Oracle, and Brocade to push the boundaries of the relationship between technology and healthcare.

In prior roles, Ms. Craig has worked with Fortune 200 as well as small to mid-sized companies to develop data warehousing, reporting, and analytical platforms within the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry. In a management role, she optimized and created strategies for disaster recovery, cloud hosting, and high availability solutions for small to mid-sized companies. She has experience in senior-level management of business process development, enterprise project implementation, key partnership development, vendor identification and relationship maintenance, security, change management process definition, as well as system/software requirements, design, quality, implementation, and maintenance.


Oleg Kamenetsky

Mr. Kamenetsky is an expert in new product innovation and business development. He is well-versed in concept ideation, developing go to market strategies, and translating ideas into commercialized products.

Mr. Kamenetsky worked as a Senior Product Marketing Manager at Reebok and SharkNinja, developing new consumer products, with a focus on creating viable product ranges, marketing and retail plans, and developing pricing strategies. Mr. Kamenetsky also brings extensive experience in working with suppliers and manufacturing partners, both domestic and foreign.

Mr. Kamenetsky holds a Master of Science in Sport Management from the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts, and a Master in Business Administration (MBA) from the Wallace E. Carroll School of Management from Boston College.

Alek Sukharev

Mr. Sukharev specializes in Market Segmentation, Target Marketing Strategy, Customer Analysis, competition assessment, Market Research and Marketing Plan Development. He has experience in social media marketing as well as search engine optimization for e-commerce and educational websites.

Mr. Sukharev holds a Bachelor’s Degree of Science in Business Administration with Concentration in Marketing from the California State University of Northridge.



Michael Getto

Mr. Getto has over 30 years of international business and public affairs consulting expertise living and working in 16 countries, including his native United States.

Mr. Getto has consulted with private and public-sector clients, utilizing his background with the news media, political parties and candidates, elected officials, business owners and executives, civil society, international management consulting firms and international development assistance organizations.

Mr. Getto’s international donor clients included the United States Agency for International Development, the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe, the National Endowment for Democracy, the United States State Department’s Bureau for Democracy, Human Rights and Labor and the British Embassy in Dushanbe, Tajikistan.

Mr. Getto holds a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism from the University of Colorado in Boulder.


Natasha Denmark

Ms. Denmark strengths lie in project management, team training and development, as well as the design of marketing and professional materials. Natasha has lead projects including multi-million dollar contracts, training design and facilitation for departments of up to 250 employees, and company ventures with over 16,000 participants. Ms. Denmark has worked on a variety of projects in the fields of finance, marketing, and has developed online education for a company of over 700 employees, as well as, for over 25 Fortune 500 companies. These assignments covered a wide range of industries including: recovery healthcare, healthcare insurance, sports medicine, Information Technology (IT), and higher education.

Ms. Denmark holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Sports Medicine and upholds her licensure as a Certified Athletic Trainer, from California State University Northridge (CSUN) and a Master of Education (M.Ed.) degree from Arizona State University (ASU). Ms. Denmark is a certified Training Facilitator and has additional training in leadership and marketing design. Ms. Denmark is also in the dissertation phase of the Doctorate in Educational Leadership program at The University of Southern California where she is studying the relationship between higher education and the workforce.
